A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before the commencement of any project. This secures your spot in the schedule and allows for initial planning and preparation.

The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the project and must be received before the final delivery of all materials, files, or access.

Payment is accepted via bank transfer or PayPal.

Clients must provide at least 7 days' written notice for any cancellations to be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50%). Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled start date are non-refundable.

Revisions are limited to two rounds per project phase (e.g., design, strategy, content). Additional revisions outside of the agreed scope may be billed separately at an hourly rate or agreed fee.

Delays in providing required materials or feedback may impact the delivery timeline.

By proceeding with any services provided by Flourish by Rose Online Marketing, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
